Purpose of this Group: Late diagnosed autistic women will have a safe space to learn and share about their features of autism and how masking
plays a role in their life.

 

Group Description/Commitment

  • Seven weeks

  • Thursday’s from 5:30-7:00 PM

  • Group runs from October 29th to December 10th 2026

 

Eligibility

  • Adults who identify as women

  • Received their autism diagnosis/self-identified at or after age 18 years

  • Willing to engage in art-based creative activities (art ability is absolutely not necessary to participate)

 

Location: In person at College Plaza, near the University of Alberta
